FOI: FPN issued by Community Safety Team

Dear SirsThe CST are issuing FPN and have recently passed the number 3500.I assume there is a spreadsheet which records all of the FPN since number 1. I would like a copy of it please in excel format if that is how it is held but if not in csv format.I do not need to have the name and address details of the people to whom the FPN were issued as that is personal data.I am particularly interested in the values of the FPN issued, the dates of alleged contravention, the codes used which I think start CST followed by a number along with a key to which code number equates to which alleged contravention.I also wish to know which FPNs have been paid and in what sums and which cases have been or are currently the subject of legal action and the outcomes, if concluded.Please provide a copy of the policies or procedures which set out how any challenges to the FPN are considered.If this request in unclear in any way please ask me for clarification.Clarification received:FPNs held by yourselves will be fine.
