Can you please:1.Advise whether there are any restrictions, permits or permission we would need to advertise in your borough.2.The name and contact details of the cabinet holder for community safety in the authority3.The local strategy to apply the serious violence duty per the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 ('the PCSC Act').4.The data that informs on the number of knife and gun crime incidents the borough had to address between March 2021 and March 2022.5.The data that informs on the number of knife and gun crime incidents the borough had to address between March 2022 and March 2023.
