Please see the following freedom of information request relating to Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) on new developments. Requested information: For each new development granted planning approval since 2021, please can you provide data on: 1.The total Biodiversity Net Gain percentage included in the proposal, broken down by on-site and off-site gains. 2.Available details of the off-site gain proposed including the local authority and estimated cost of purchase. 3.The actual Biodiversity Net Gain percentage for completed developments, broken down by on-site and off-site gains. 4.The number of statutory credits purchased where applicable. If you are unable to provide responses to any of these points, it would be great if you could just provide information available and indicate where information is not.
