A 6-session group for parents/carers to support primary school aged children who experience feelings of anxiety. Themes include understanding anxiety and what can lead to a child feeling worried and anxious, helping your child when they feel anxious, supporting to build independence and creating a plan with your child for the future.

From Challenging to Confident parenting
A 7-session group for parents/carers to support primary school aged children to support in managing behaviours that challenge. Themes include understanding and managing emotions, quality time, praise and rewards, effective instructions, withdrawal of attention and consequences.
Parent Toolkit
A 7-session group for parents/carers to support primary school aged children who have traits of neurodiversity e.g. Autism and ADHD. A formal diagnosis is not needed to attend this group. Themes include self-care, stress and anxiety, positive parenting, and anger management.
