Spending allocation of additional Council tax rececipt arising from additional Council Tax on "second homes"

The request relates to the application of the additional Council tax receipts expected to arise in consequence of the decision of the Council to charge, with effect from 01 April 2025, additional Council Tax of 100% on furnished homes not used as a sole or main residence. Please provide an analysis of how the Council intends to spend the additional Council Tax receipts generated by this measure in the year 2025-26, broken down into appropriate categories of spending and including the share of each category total that will be spent on administrative expenses. If this specific information is not held then please provide copies of or links to any reports provided to Councillors or Cabinet members concerning how the relevant receipts are intended to be spent.
