Council's consultation on the 16-19 SEND Travel Assistance Policy

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the Council's consultation on the 16-19 SEND Travel Assistance Policy, which ran from 18 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.Please could you provide the following information:1.Who was invited to participate in the consultation ' including individuals, schools, parent/carer forums, or other stakeholder groups ' and how these participants were identified.2.A list of all methods used to publicise or promote the consultation, such as email campaigns, contact through SEN teams, school communications, newsletters, or website postings.3.Copies of any emails, letters, or notices sent directly to families of young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) aged 16-19 regarding this consultation.4.Any internal guidance, communications, or meeting minutes that set out the Council's approach to stakeholder engagement for this consultation.5.A copy of the final consultation summary report showing the number and nature of responses received, and how they were used to inform the final policy.If any part of this request is unclear or likely to exceed the statutory cost limit, please let me know as soon as possible so I can refine it.I look forward to your response within the 20 working days required under the Act.
