Background: planning application 24/4556/FUL was submitted in November 2024. The local community has been told that, following comments from statutory consultees (on fluvial flood risk, surface flood risk, biodiversity/ecology, urban design and heritage), the developers are reworking their application material. The date of the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) which will determine the application is as yet undecided. Local people have an interest in whether a sufficient amount of time will be available to review/respond to the new material ahead of the SPC.Under the Freedom of Information Act/Environmental Information Regulations please could you supply information on the following please can you tell me:1.Does Barnet Council have a policy/criteria to determine the date to be set for a Planning Committee? If so, please indicate what the policy/criteria is. 2.Does Barnet Council have a policy which sets out the amount of time the public will/should be given to review updated planning application materials ahead of a Planning Committee which will determine that application? If so, please indicate what the policy/criteria is.3.Does Barnet Council have a policy about whether the public should be given time to comment on new planning application materials submitted in after the initial formal consultation period has closed? If so, please indicate what the policy/criteria is.
