Dear Information Officer,I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to two separate funding streams administered by your local authority: Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)Carbon offset / carbon levy funds (arising from planning conditions or Section 106 agreements aimed at mitigating carbon emissions) This request forms part of strategic research to assess potential opportunities for coordinated applications to these funds, particularly by groups of churches and community buildings pursuing sustainability, decarbonisation, or infrastructure improvement projects. 1.
