REQUESTS RELATING TO SEX (FEMALE SINGLE PARENT APPLICANTS) MAIN HOUSING DUTY - for the year 2025B1. A breakdown of applicants for homelessness assistance whom Barnet determined were owed the main housing duty under s 193(2) Housing Act 1996, showing the total number of those applicants and the number and proportion of those applicants who were female single parents with children (female-headed single parent families).B 2. A breakdown of applicants owed the main housing duty under s 193(2) Housing Act 1996 who were placed in an out of area private rented sector (PRS) placement in discharge of the full housing duty by final mandatory offer (under s 193(7AA)-(7AC)), showing the total number of applicants in this group and the number and proportion of applicants within the group who were female single parents with children. Please define 'out of area' as outside of Barnet and its immediate neighbouring boroughs, or if statistics are not available on that basis, please state the definition of 'out of area' used.B.3 (i) A breakdown of applicants owed the main housing duty under s 193(2) Housing Act 1996 who were offered an out of area PRS placement in discharge of the main housing duty by final mandatory offer (under s 193(7AA)-(7AC)), and who rejected that offer and consequently the duty to them ceased, showing the total number of such cases and the number/proportion of those applicants who were female single parents with children. (ii) In respect of each case of cessation of duty referred to in (i) above, please state the location of the property offered and rejected leading to the cessation of duty. B 4. A breakdown of applicants owed the main housing duty under s 193(2) Housing Act 1996 placed in PRS properties out of area (in discharge of the main housing duty under by final mandatory offer s 193(7AA) - (7AC)) by location of placement (stating borough, county or town), showing (i) each location where one or more applicants were placed (ii) the total number of applicants placed in each of those locations and (iii) the number and proportion of applicants placed in each of those locations who were female single parents with children.
