Barnet's ULEZ policy

Please therefore take this as a formal request, as I am forwarding it to your FoI department. 1.What data supports your assertion below that the 20% of Barnet residents who were previously already in the ULEZ zone 'had an improved air quality'. I am unaware of any data anywhere that supports your statement.2.What science are you relying on when you say that this 'improved air quality' has resulted in:a.Children less likely to have asthma b.Less premature deathsAgain, I am unaware of any scientific, medical or environmental data whatsoever making that link. Certainly not for the time period or location you are referring to. What data were you relying on when you said this? I remind you that this is my area of expertise, and so when the Leader of my Local Council makes such alarming comments that, on the face of it, appear to be completely made up, it is important to challenge them.3.What data have you collected since the implementation of the ULEZ expansion, and what does it show in terms of the above?4.What percentage of your emails do you really respond to within 5 to 7 days?
