Barnet libraries provide a free service for all. We will continue to offer a range of services and resources that can provide support during the cost of living crisis.

Free computer use
You can use a computer for 90 minutes every day. You will need your library card and PIN.
Study spaces at our Core Plus libraries
Our Core Plus libraries have study spaces for all ages.
There are 4 Core Plus libraries:
You can use study spaces to read, study or work. There is access to our free Wi-Fi in these Core Plus libraries.
Study space is available on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to book and there is no time limit per session.
Activity packs
We understand that you may want to spend more time in the library this winter. Our new activity packs contain a range of activities to do whilst in our libraries.
Activity packs in the children’s library are designed for under-fives and older children.
You can also find activity packs for adults in the adult library.
