You can contact us using a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter through the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions.
The video call service is available from:
- Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:15pm
- Friday 9am to 5pm

How to use the InterpretersLive! service
- Go to InterpretersLive! Barnet webpage to connect to a video BSL Interpreter.
- Enter your name and what Barnet service you want to contact.
- You'll then be connected to a video BSL Interpreter.
Access the service from Colindale reception
You can use the video call service from our head office reception area (Colindale) from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Pre-booking a BSL interpreter
You can pre-book BSL video interpreters for virtual appointments anytime.
To book your 60minute appointment, simply email interpreterslive@signsolutions.uk.com, providing the date, time, and your booking will be created in readiness for your appointment.
