Our programme of regular early years activities runs during term time. One-off activities take place during term time or school holidays. Please check our events directory to find an event or activity.

Rhyme Time

Rhyme Time sessions are free 30-minute rhyme and story sessions.

Booking is not required. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Baby Bounce and Play

Baby Bounce and Play sessions combine themed sensory play with gentle rhymes, stories and books for non-walking babies. Sessions are an ideal opportunity for parents to meet and get to know one another.

Booking is required and a small charge applies.

Play Club

Play Club runs at Chipping Barnet Library. Sessions focus on physical play for wellbeing. Activities are designed to support development of both gross and fine motor skills. Each session ends with a short singing session.

Toddler Time

Toddler Time is a play session combined with rhymes and a story.

Lego Club

Lego blocks and builds fixed to a Lego base board

Lego Club is designed for children of all ages and we find it is very popular with children over 3 years.
