This fund aims to cover all reasonable costs for replacement of unsafe Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding.

Building Safety Fund (BSF)
This fund supports the replacement of unsafe non-ACM cladding on privately owned and social housing residential buildings. These buildings must be at least 18 metres tall.
