SAM is a wellbeing app to help with anxiety, depression and loneliness. It offers ways to monitor and manage your mental health, self help techniques and coping resources.

Crisis Resolution Team - Barnet
If you require crisis mental health intervention and support please contact the BEHMHT (Barnet, Enfield and Haringey (BEH) Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)). Crisis Resolution Team is available 24/7 for people of all ages - children, young people and adults. The lines which are free to call can provide advice to those in a crisis. If you're experiencing difficulties with your mental health, struggling with your emotions and social situations then call Barnet Integrated Clinical Services (BICS) for a private chat.

Kooth.com offers free, safe and anonymous online mental wellbeing community including live chat with the team, discussion boards, magazine with helpful articles and a daily journal a magazine. It also provides counselling support for young people aged 11 to 25 years.

Childline
If you're under 19 you can confidentially call, chat online or email about any problem big or small.
Sign up for a free Childline locker (real name or email address not needed) to use their free 1-2-1 counsellor chat and email support service. Can provide a BSL interpreter if you are deaf or hearing-impaired. Hosts online message boards where you can share your experiences, have fun and get support from other young people in similar situations.
0800 1111 to talk to Childline. The number will not appear on your phone bill.
Beat
Beat provide support to help young people who may be struggling with an eating problem or an eating disorder.

The Mix
The Mix offers support to anyone under 25 about anything that’s troubling them.

Good Thinking
Good Thinking is London's digital wellbeing service and provides a range of resources for young people to improve mental wellbeing including free NHS-approved apps.
Reading Well
Reading Well is for young people aged 13 to 18 years old and recommends expert endorsed books about mental health, with advice and information about issues like anxiety, stress and OCD, and difficult experiences like bullying and exams.
Youth mental first aid
The Barnet Public Health Resilient Schools Programme is offering free youth mental first aid training to all Barnet primary and secondary schools to address the importance of early intervention in mental wellbeing.
